“Google insights” is a website that can show you the number of searches for keywords phrases over time.

Look at the increasing popularity of the keyword phrase “Orlando Pediatrician”.
In April 2010, I launch my website gregorygordonmd.com

We optimized the keyword phrases, “Orlando Pediatrician”, “Gregory Gordon MD” and “Windermere Pediatrician”.
Number of searches according to Googles Keyword Tool
“Orlando Pediatrician” 1600 per month
“Gregory Gordon MD” 140 per month
“Windermere Pediatrician” 34 per month
On the least popular search term “Windermere Pediatrician” my site ranks 4th.
Today “Windermere Pediatrician” is the number one search term that people google and find my site. In my websites first three months, 20 to 30 people find my site each month through this term. As I seen it that is almost one local person looking for a local pediatrician a day.
